We’ll start out with a FREE first consultation – typically this will take about two hours. We’ll then present a FREE Rescue and Recovery plan – this will take about an hour.

RESCUE – we start with a complete review of all aspects of your business. The time frame for this will obviously depend on the size of the business – it tends not to take more than a few days.
The completed review is presented and a revised strategic outline is prepared in conjunction with the senior players. With most businesses the key component of this review is financial. We pay equal attention to both sides of the equation, i.e. we look at increasing income as much as reducing expenditure.
RECOVERY – we then prepare a plan with attached targets which becomes the chart to lead the business forward. One of the key aspects of this phase is addressing capital requirements – both long and short term – we have had great success dealing directly with bankers.
The business will then be placed in a position from where it can grow again. The whole process will be completed in a matter of weeks – delivering your business through this unprecedented storm.
